• A case of progressive leg paresis

    A young man with slowly progressive motor deficits, cognitive decline, and an extensive brain lesion on MRI presents a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge typical of infiltrative high-grade gliomas in young adults. This case covers the clinical presentation, histopathological workup, and sequential treatment decision-making for IDH-mutant high-grade gliomas, including first- and second-line therapeutic strategies.
