• Under Pressure

    A middle-aged woman presenting to the emergency room with nocturnal headache and vomiting is found to have an intracranial mass with a neurological emergency requiring urgent intervention. This case walks through the prioritisation of acute management, the differential diagnosis on neuroimaging, and the subsequent characterisation and treatment planning of a primary brain tumour.
