Alessandro Tessitore is professor of Neurology and chair of Department of
Neurology at the University Hospital University of Campania, “Luigi Vanvitelli”
in Napoli, Italy. He is the Co-Chair of the scientific panel of movement
disorders of the EAN and associate editor of the European Journal of Neurology.
His research focuses on the application of advanced MRI techniques to gain a
better understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying motor and
non-motor symptoms in people with Parkinson’s disease.
