Gail
Kinman is Professor of Occupational Health Psychology at Birkbeck University of
London. She is a Chartered Psychologist and a Fellow of both the British
Psychological Society and the Academy of Social Sciences. Gail specialises in
the wellbeing of people working in emotionally demanding roles with a high risk
of burnout.
