Dr. Grosu Oxana studied medicine at the Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Chişinău, Republic of Moldova. Graduated General Medicine Faculty. Medical Doctor Degree received a specialty in General Medicine in 2004. From 2004 – 2007 Post – graduates’ studies: residency in Neurology after that PhD defended in 2014, master's degree in public health received in 2018. From 2019 -2020 European guideline education and Cost-Conscious Healthcare (CoCoCare) Programme.
Started work as a researcher at Diomid Gherman Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Neurology Department. Consultant at the National Headache Center, Functional Neurology Laboratory. Lecturer at the Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Neurology Department (2018 – 2020). Chief of the research unit (2020 – present) Diomid Gherman Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery.
Research interests cover chronic pain, major neurocognitive disorders, headache medicine, autoimmune neurologic diseases, palliative care, and post-Covid syndrome.
