Bastiaan R. Bloem

Bas Bloem is professor of neurology, with movement disorders as special area of interest, at the Radboud University Medical Centre, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He received dedicated training as movement disorders specialist at the Parkinson's Institute, Sunnyvale, California, and the Institute of Neurology, Queen Square, London. He is on the editorial board for several national and international journals and has published over 930 peer-reviewed international papers. He has also supervised 73 successfully completed PhD dissertations, seven of which cum laude (with honours).
